30-Day Return Guarantee

If you want to return your OCLU product bought via the OCLU website within 30 days of receiving your order, you can do so unless the product is affected by an event or occurrence described in our warranty. Please follow the return instructions in the warranty or contact us at oclu.com/support.

Return Instructions

For return of products purchased through the OCLU website under the warranty or the 30-day return guarantee, please contact our customer service team at oclu.com/support for further instructions. If a refund is due, we will process your claim within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.

Please keep all the paperwork your OCLU product comes with, including the receipt, somewhere safe, and in the event of a problem simply follow the instructions or contact us at oclu.com/support.
